Job 3:25, reimagined.

What if the story of Job is a demonstration of reality-making? He regularly thought about the things he most dreaded and feared, and they actualized. He rehearsed the wrong things, and they came upon him. His mind projected onto Life's Plasma-Screen the sprouted things that first seeded in his mind.

No. While the Bible does say that Job had fear, it does not say that fear was the lion’s share of his thoughts. God would not have testified to Satan that Job was a righteous, God-fearing man if Job’s primary disposition was fear. Those who live in fear cannot please God. So God’s testimony about Job being a righteous man absolutely refutes your point of view. All men live with some measure of fear because we are fallen.

Erika, you are breaking from reality. You are insisting on an ideal world. That world can only become renewed when Jesus returns. Seducing spirits are lying to you because they know the tenderness and brokenness in your heart. They are LIARS. We must accept that what God says is true. We must die to ourselves. You are indulging yourself.

Test yourself. Are you really becoming free? Or,,more entangled in a thought life that demands a new paradigm that never comes into fruition?

No Erika. Not even so called positive thoughts are salvation. Because one can be a positive thinking, reality avoiding fool. What is the answer is surrender to God. He says this world is evil because it is. Not because He is trying to deprive us or bully us. You KNOW this world is evil. You deceive yourself by insisting that you have within yourself a power that can fix evil. You do not. You are evil too. You know all your impulses are not pure. That’s why we need Jesus. Until you admit this, the devils will have their way with your mind.

You seek truth! I’m telling you the truth. Do you have the courage to be undone, so you can be born again? That’s the question. That’s the ONLY question.

You are loved by the Father. He hears your heart cry. But He is not going to pander to the notion that men are gods. You are trying to make yourself into a god capable of saving yourself. Stand down dear lady. Your are aligned with demons and know it NOT!🙏🏾❤️

Until you accept scripture as is, you are in the enemies camp. Who are you to reimagine the Bible. That is gross presumption. What world have you made in and of yourself?

Ultimately, Job WAS restored and profoundly BLESSED despite what God allowed him to endure. It is the end of our lives that determine whether or not we win. Do we die embraced by Jesus? That’s what matters. Not what we suffer in this life. You are in a dangerous frame of mind. God allows demons to toy with us until we are humble if we are stubborn and will not of our own volition see and acknowledge that He is real and honor Him. We belong to Him. Your life is a gift He gave you! You did not conjure yourself. Appreciation bows the knee.

We all struggle with the insanity of this world! But ONLY God can keep us from internalizing that insanity, which rejecting Him is!….Thus one becomes insane themself. I pray for you.🙏🏾❤️

If this words offend or sting, it is the piercing cut a surgeons knife. Job ultimately REJOICED in God. And even when Job was still confused he said, “Though He SLAY me, YET will I serve Him. You have no place reimagining Job’s story. Job and The Lord are on excellent terms for all eternity.

Coming from an East Coast major city the catch phrase was" Ay how ya doin?" It's the same as the vacant phrase " how are you." I stopped asking because some people might actually tell me "how they are doing or how they are." I found you on the HBO documentary and when you commented about John Galten's death you commented on how everyone in the community practically turned their backs on Lilly and Joe. Lilly was a fugitive again and Hansen was turned away from the hospital and almost died too. There are anarchic communities out there and they have anarchic beliefs however they have disabused themselves of all "free market " rhetoric. As anarchists we know how divisive free markets are. I invite you to look at other anarchist societies outside of the Ancap umbrella. You might find that community that you said was lacking at Acapulco.

(I do wonder if, at one time -- before society became so rushed and surface-y -- it might have actually been a sincere exchange. And maybe, on rare occasions, it still holds literal meaning and significance. But even if so, those instances would be anomalies. Or, they happen in the context of a therapeutic frame, such as a clinician asking a client/patient. Anyhoo, I find most social rituals painfully bewildering.)

Regarding the HBO documentary... in fairness, there were some who extended help and support to Lily. They may have -- wisely -- chosen to do so privately, to self-protect during a vulnerable time. And in hindsight (which is always 20/20), I think most of my expectations, and many of my actions, were HIGHLY naive. I learned a lot, and am still learning.

I appreciate your visit, your comment, and your recommendation on community. The common unity I desire is both bigger, and simpler, than 'rulerless-ness'... (which is the pure essence of that maligned and misunderstood A-word.)

Something like *Mutual Kindness* has great appeal to me. But also, great elusiveness.

An Existential Journal

The question "How are you?" is PROFOUND.

But it has been watered-down to a synonym for "Hello."

Forced or fake auto-responses of obligated okay-ness are expected.

(And if you are going through something tragic, it really doesn't matter! Every social encounter OPENS with this well-established Ritual of Insincerity.)

The question "How are you?" prompts an answer that begins with "I AM _____________."

This means many times each day, you are invited to SPEAK THE MOST POWERFUL STATEMENT that can be spoken of yourself.

And the socially-expected thing to do, is be QUICK + SLICK with your answer.

For a change... TAKE YOUR TIME, and tell your truth. ✍🏾
